Eligibility for Returns

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags and packaging intact.
• Customized or personalized items are non-returnable.

Exchange Policy

• Exchanges are allowed for size or color issues within the same timeframe of 7 days.
• If the desired size or color is unavailable, you may opt for store credit or a refund.

Non-Returnable Items

• Damaged or worn items that are not due to a manufacturing defect.

Returns: Sale & Discounted Products:

• Exchanges during a sale or on a discounted product are ONLY applicable if there was a mistake by the packing staff and the product received does not match the product you ordered.

How to Initiate a Return/Exchange

1. Email us at almusawwirofficial@gmail.com with your order number and details of the return/exchange.
2. Once approved, ship the item back to us. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
3. Upon receiving the item, we’ll inspect it and process your request within 3-5 business days.

Refunds

• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method or as store credit upon request.
• Please note: Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We’ll replace the item.
