Exchanges are allowed for size or color issues within the same timeframe of 7 days.
- If the desired size or color is unavailable, you may opt for store credit or a refund.
Non-Returnable Items
- Damaged or worn items that are not due to a manufacturing defect.
Returns: Sale & Discounted Products:
- Exchanges during a sale or on a discounted product are ONLY applicable if there was a mistake by the packing staff and the product received does not match the product you ordered.
How to Initiate a Return/Exchange

- Once approved, ship the item back to us. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Upon receiving the item, we’ll inspect it and process your request within 3-5 business days.
Refunds

Damaged or Defective Items
If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We’ll replace the item.
